Hickory Baked® Hams are completely cooked with only the most enhancing herbs and spices. Our hams are trimmed of excess fat to ensure a lean, high quality product before being slow smoked over real hickory wood chips. They are then spiral sliced around the bone by a special patented machine developed by the Hickory Baked® Ham Company. After slicing, the hams are fire glazed with the most tantalizing mixture of sweet honey and spices. It is this unique process that makes Hickory Baked® Hams such a succulent treat that will surpass anything you have ever tasted.
